Refunds
We offer a full money back guarantee on our courses in line with current distance learning government legislation. Send us an email or letter stating your wish to cancel within seven days of receiving the course. Course materials must be returned within 21 days in a perfect and re-useable condition or the money back guarantee is null and void. All refunds are subject to post & packing fees, bank charge reconciliation and a £20.00 standard administration charge per individual course.
