This much awaited book continues on from the groundbreaking books 'An Insight Into Plants: Volume I and II'. It presents explorations of vital sensation for six more plant families and the Fungi kingdom. The presence of many illustrative cases from Dr Sankaran's practice and from colleagues worldwide confirms and adds dimensions to many remedies.
The book is divided into three parts:
Part one contains more cases from the plant families of the previous two volumes. It provides more elaboration and deeper understanding of remedies already categorized under the chart of the remedy versus the miasm.
Part two of this book features the derivation of vital sensation, miasm and illustrative cases, differentiation and source/alert words for:

The third part of the book incorporates various tables including the latest table on vital sensation and miasm of plant remedies.

About the author
Rajan Sankaran is a homeopathic doctor practicing in Mumbai. The son of the homeopath Dr. P. Sankaran, he graduated from the Bombay (Mumbai) Homoeopathic Medical College (now known as Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homoeopathic Medical College) in 1981.
Through his writings and lectures, Dr. Sankaran has had a profound influence on many modern homeopaths' methods of practice. He is particularly well-known for developing a highly structured view of the Materia Medica. He has also developed a case-analysis software program called Vital Quest.
Dr. Rajan Sankaran has been practicing Homeopathy since 1981. He is internationally renowned as a clear and original thinker and is best known for his path breaking concepts in Homoeopathy. His original ideas and lucid style make him very popular as a teacher amongst homoeopaths worldwide. His seminars and teaching courses have been widely attended in India, Australia, Austria, Germany, U.S.A, England, Switzerland, France, Spain, Canada, Holland, Norway, New Zealand, Russia, Israel ,South Africa, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Korea and Japan.
He has authored several books namely The Spirit of Homoeopathy, The Substance of Homoeopathy, The Soul of Remedies, Provings, The System of Homoeopathy, An Insight into Plants , The Sensation in Homeopathy, Sankaran's Schema and the software VitalQuest. Many of the books are considered modern texts in Homeopathy and have been translated in several languages.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on all our products. To cancel your order with us, please send us an email or letter within 7 working days stating your wish to cancel your order - please do not just send the items back without contacting us first. The 7-day period begins on the day of receipt of your goods. This is the return address:

If you cancel an order within 7 days you will be entitled to a full refund of the price you paid excluding the cost of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

We cannot give refunds beyond the 7-day period except at our discretion.
Courses
Beyond this seven-day period, and subsequent to registration, if you wish to withdraw from any course, and giving good reason, a refund may be granted subject to the following points:
Homeopathy courses
a. Course Registration Fees are non-refundable
b. All refunds are subject to: post & packing fees, bank charge reconciliation and a 10% administration charge
c. No refunds are given on study material received after the seven-day period. Study material is not accepted for return.
d. No refund will be given if more than six months have elapsed since the student was enrolled on the course.
e. Refunds may be given for Units paid for and not yet dispatched, providing that a study cancellation request is made within six months of purchase.
f. All and any refunds will be related to fees applying at the time of registration.
Medical Science courses
a. Course Registration Fees are non-refundable
b. All refunds are subject to: post & packing fees, bank charge reconciliation and a 10% administration charge
c. No refunds are given on study material received after the seven-day period. Study material is not accepted for return.
d. No refund will be given if more than three months have elapsed since the student was enrolled on the course.
e. If you purchased the course with tutor marking, are still inside the three-month period and have not sent work in to your tutor then a partial refund for the tutor marking element of the course may be given.
f. All and any refunds will be related to fees applying at the time of registration.
Faulty Goods
Alternative Training will replace any goods found to be faulty within 28 days of the purchase date. Thereafter it is at our discretion. We may ask for faulty goods to be returned, if so we will refund the cost of postage.
